Twenty-four short statements about how you behave with people, and two quick questions about a long, hard day. About ten minutes. At the end you get your place on the four-style map from Lesson 1, the order in which you reach for the styles, and whether you lead guests and the people you work with from the same corner.
For each statement, tap how much it is like you, from 1, not like me at all, to 5, very like me.
Most statements are about how you usually are with people, at work, with friends, in any group. Eight of them have two rows: answer one row for how you are with guests, and one for how you are with the people you work with. Each statement appears only once.
Guests means anybody you lead or look after on a trip. The people you work with means colleagues, crew, the owner, whoever you work beside, above or below. If you do not lead guests yet, answer for the people you look after or serve now: customers, students, a group you have organised. If you do not work in a team, answer for the people you work, study or volunteer beside.
Think about how you usually are, not how you are at your best or how you would like to be. None of the statements is better than another. Go with your first answer.
